“The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
-Mathew 9:37-38
Many times the children of God are found weak and begging for harvest in "fields" where they have not labored or where laborers are very few(NO HARVEST)
As I think of the scripture above, I am reminded of how it relates to the children of God today. Many of us go in places weak, bound, & sick, looking for and expecting a harvest or reward from God's harvest, but yet we haven't put our "hands" to work as laborers to enter into this field of harvest. Or, when we go in these places, there are not enough laborers that are even laboring for the harvest.
So many of us want the reward for ourselves yet we don't for want to work. OR, we are so focused on the cares of this world that our brothers and sisters are suffering the more bc we are too distracted to understand that we must be labouring in order for them to partake in the harvest where their healing, deliverance, or "breakthrough" may dwell.
There must be a plenteous harvest set aside for God's children, but we must enter in as laborers so that we all may reap🌾🌾🌾
